How it works?
Our service is commission based. We have agreements with online merchants and we get a certain percentage for each sale or lead that comes from our site. We keep some part of this commission and another part we pass onto YOU. We do this to encourage you to come back and buy through Happyfly. The success of this site relies on its community so EVERY USER is very important to us!!!
How to start earning cashback?
Before you begin earning any cashback you have to signup. It’s free and very simple, just click Signup button on the top or right hand side Menu and fill up the form. Once you’re done start shopping or joining online services from the “Categories” menu. You either get a percentage from the amount you paid in one of our shops or specified amount for other than purchase type of transaction.
Where I can check my earnings ?
Firstly you need to log in. You will find your earnings details under “My extraSavings” link situated on the right hand side Menu.
How and when I'll receive my cashback?
Your cashback request will be accepted and cashback sent to you once you reach payout limit of 30£ in confirmed transactions. Our preferred method of delivery is PayPal, but you can also request bank transfer or a cheque. Make sure to put correct payment details to avoid delays.
Does my earnings show up instantly after purchase?
Normally we process all transaction reports 2-3 times a month so depending on when transaction happens it may take up to 2 weeks for transaction to show up. Also at initial stage most of your transactions will be in “pending” status, that happens because merchants need some time to verify your transaction. Time needed for verification varies from 5 days to 30 plus days. Once transaction is verified its status will change to “confirmed”.
How £10 sing up bonus works !
The free 10£ Bonus that you receive from us on signup can’t be withdrawn straight away. In order to get it you need to earn yourself 20£ in confirmed transaction. Then you are ready for your first payout request.
Why I can't be paid before I reach £30 ?
This is quite simple. You need to understand that this site consumes some running costs that had to be taken into consideration. This limit has been set to secure the following costs:
- Site promotion and hosting costs
- 10£ signup bonus
How many cashback accounts can I have ?
Each user can register only one account. Also there can be also only one account per household. This restriction is due to terms and conditions that we have to obey when dealing with our merchants.
How can I refer a friend ?
You can refer your friend to our service by simply filling up the form under “Tell a friend” link in the right hand side Menu or use your unique referral link that will be generated for you below “Tell a friend” form.
I refered a friend, when will I get my bonus?
You will get 3£ for each referred user. This can be redeemed once referred user reaches payout limit. And all his or hers transactions are confirmed.
Will I get a cashback if I cancel my transaction ?
In most cases when you cancel your transaction the cashback you’ve generated will be removed from your earnings. That happens because majority of merchants reject cancelled transactions.
Some of the cashback was removed from my account- why ?
This can happen if you cancel your transaction or return goods purchased. When such transaction, in our reports, returns rejected then we have no choice but remove it from your account.
I didn't get my cashback for transaction I've made ?
In some cases your transaction can be delayed because some merchants don’t report transactions until they are verified. Also, again if you cancel your purchase or return purchased item then the cashback will not be issued.

Do I have to request a cashback after I reach £30 ?
No. You can keep the money on your account as long as you want.
